One vehicle accident in Henry County injures a 52-year-old Osceola woman

Just after 4:30 Thursday afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident, on Highway 2 South of Snyder’s Corners off Route “Z” in Henry County. The accident occurred as a 2001 Hyundai Elantra driven by 52-year-old Daniel Briden of Osceola failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway, and overturned. A passenger 52-year-old Laura Qualls also of Osceola suffered serious injuries in the crash, and was life flighted to research Medical for treatment, The report also states Briden did not have any injuries, but he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

24-year-old Lincoln man suffers serious injuries in a Benton County Accident

At 1:15am this (Friday) morning 24-year-old Bo D Skeel of Lincoln lost control of the 1993 Chevrolet he was driving, and failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, then Skeel overcorrected causing the vehicle to run off the left side of the roadway, strike a ditch, and overturn. The Missouri State Highway Patrol report states Skeel sustained serious injuries, and was transported to University Hospital in Columbia by Life Flight for treatment.

Cole Camp woman injured in a Benton County accident after having a medical episode

At 2:16 Thursday afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident on Route “F” a mile South of JC Park Road in Benton County. The accident reportedly occurred as the driver of a 2006 Dodge Stratus 29-year-old Sarah Vance of Cole Camp suffered a medical episode causing her to drive off the roadway, and strike a tree. Vance was taken to the University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of moderate injuries.
