Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Reports For Thursday October 29, 2015

Sullivan man injured in a Saline County accident this (Thursday) morning

Just after 9am this (Thursday) morning the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a rollover accident on the US-65 Highway Southbound ramp to I-70  Eastbound in Saline County. The accident occurred as the 2007 Freightliner driven by 56-year-old Michael E. Hammonds of Sullivan Missouri travelled off the roadway, and overturned, coming to rest on its side. Hammonds reportedly suffered moderate injuries, but decided to seek his own treatment.

Florida woman injured in a one-vehicle accident in Saline County Tuesday night

Around 7:22pm Tuesday night according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report, 55-year-old Hui Cha Parris of St. Petersburg Florida lost control of the 2013 Mercedes Benz she was driving, travelled off of Eastbound I-70 at mile marker 69.4, and struck a cable barrier. Parris received moderate injuries in the crash, and was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall by Sweet Springs EMS for treatment. The vehicle was reportedly totaled.

24-year-old Centerview woman is injured in a rollover accident Monday morning

At 6am Monday morning a Centerview woman identified as 24-year-old Taylor J. Hazel received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Westbound Northwest Division Road East of Northwest 151st Road in Johnson County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident report states the 2008 Chevrolet driven by Hazel travelled off the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned. Hazel was wearing her seatbelt, and received minor injuries. She was transported to Research Medical Center by Johnson County EMS for treatment. The vehicle was listed as a total loss.
