Motorcycle Rider Takes to the Ditch to Avoid Collision

A Green Ridge man on a motorcycle was injured in a Pettis County incident on Wednesday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Ryan S. Braunschweig of Green Ridge was northbound on Missouri 127 at Hinken Road on a 2019 Honda 450-L motorcycle at 5:30 p.m., when he avoided a collision with another unknown vehicle and traveled into a ditch.

Bruanschweig suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

The motorcycle had minor damage and was driven from the scene.
