One Woman Injured in Rollover Accident in Johnson County

A two-vehicle crash in Johnson County injured a Centerview woman late Monday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2004 Ford F-150 driven by 33-year-old Kenneth D. Brickey of Knob Noster, attempted to cross the westbound lanes of US 50 at 11:57 p.m., west of NE Highway P, and struck a westbound 2017 Chevrolet driven by 23-year-old Emily A Greer of Centerview. The Chevy then traveled off the highway and overturned.

Greer was transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

Both vehicles were totaled.

Johnson County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.

Brickey was later arrested by the Patrol at 1:04 a.m. and charged with felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, DWI and failure to yield.
