Pedestrian Hit at 16th & Marshall

A Sedalia woman was struck by a vehicle as she attempted to cross the roadway at 16th and Marshall Monday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a southbound 2005 Ford Freestar driven by 52-year-old Steven L. Hughes of Sedalia was traveling at a slow rate of speed at 8:45 p.m. Monday night when 69-year-old Charlotte L. Jobe of Sedalia attempted to cross the road. She rolled into the ditch after impact on the west side of Marshall.

Jobe was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment with moderate injuries.
