Pilot Grove Woman Injured in Cooper County Crash

A Pilot Grove woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Cooper County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2008 Toyota Rav 4, driven by 61-year-old Karen R. Wesselman of Pilot Grove, was at Missouri 41 and Missouri 135 around 2 p.m., when the driver failed to yield to an eastbound 2023 Ford F-250, driven by 43-year-old Dallas S. Pinkett of Boonville.

The Toyota was struck by the Ford in the intersection.

Wesselman suffered minor injuries and refused medical transport.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene.
