Due to a less-than-desired weather forecast, the Sedalia School District has made the decision to move the Smith-Cotton Stadium Ribbon Cutting Ceremony from Thursday, March 5, to Monday, March 9.

In addition, the Sedalia 200 Board of Education meeting set for Monday, March 9, will be moved from Washington Elementary School to Smith-Cotton High School. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will start at 5:30 p.m. with the board meeting following at 6:30 p.m.

The weather forecast for Monday is highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s with a zero percent chance of rain.
