A Russellville man was injured in a three-car collision that occurred Wednesday morning in Morgan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2016 Chevrolet 3500, driven by 44-year-old Adam S. Howard of Versailles, was on Missouri 52, approximately 100 feet west of Missouri 5 (eastern edge of Versailles) around 8 a.m., when the Chevy traveled across the center line and struck the driver's side of a westbound 2002 Mercury Sable, driven by 57-year-old Stanley W. Henson of Russellville.

The Chevy continued eastbound and struck a westbound 2017 Dodge Ram 1500, driven by 28-year-old Kaleb M. Kelley of Fulton, head-on.

Henson suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach for treatment.

The Dodge Ram had moderate damage, while the Chevy and Mercury were totaled.
The Patrol later arrested Howard at 8:13 a.m. He was suspected of felony leaving the scene of an accident, felony driving while intoxicated resulting in a crash, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Howard was taken to the Morgan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
