Junior Jackson Manning achieved a hat trick as the Sacred Heart boys soccer team beat Cole Camp 8-0 Wednesday night.

In their second game of the Kaysinger conference tournament, the Gremlins ended the game early in the second half, shutting out the Bluebirds.

Sophomore Joshua Pacheco was first to score on an assist from junior George Bain about 15 minutes into the game. Their roles were switched a few minutes later as Pacheco sent a corner kick into the box and Bain headed the ball into the goal.

Freshman Gabriel Malacara scored a goal at the halfway point making the score 3-0.

George Bain scored his second goal from a Jackson Manning assist followed by another corner kick from Pacheco and score from freshman Yovanny “Gio” Cardenas.

Jackson Manning scored with 14 minutes left in the first half making the score 6-0 at halftime.

The entire team enjoyed some playing time as coach Dey started most of the JV team for the second half.

With 27 minutes left in the game, Jackson Manning scored on an assist from Joshua Pacheco and about 5 minutes later, Manning earned the hat trick scoring his third goal of the night from a George Bain assist. The game ended early with the Gremlins winning 8-0.

Sacred Heart faces Smithton for the championship game Friday night at 8 p.m., in Stover.
