Sedalia Police reports 4-11-19

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 65-year-old Samuel A. King of Warrensburg at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday in Johnson County for DWI and failure to dim his headlights. He was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department. Where he was booked and released.


 

Pettis County deputies took a property damage report from Rodney Bankovich in the 2800 block of Whitney Drive in Pettis County on Monday.


 

On Monday, Jamie Cunningham of Sedalia reported the theft of her RV to Pettis County deputies.


 

On Sunday, a woman reported to Sedalia Police that a door on her 2008 Mercury Mountaineer was damaged by a person known to her in the 1100 block of E. 7th, causing $200 of damage. A suspect was identified and a charge of destruction of non-city property is being sought by the prosecutor.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 42-year-old Craig A. Lind at Broadway and Warren at 5:48 a.m. April 6 for driving while suspended out of Iowa, and also failure to register with the DOR, after a traffic stop for no license plates. Lind was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 37-year-old Scott E. Pritchett of Sedalia at 16th and Ohio April 6 after a traffic stop for expired registration. Pritchett was found to be driving while suspended. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a May 8 court date.


 

Sedalia Police placed 36-year-old Shawn Bradley Bosworth on a 12-protective custody hold after officers were called to Bothwell Regional Health Center ER, 601 E. 14th, on an intoxicated subject causing a disturbance April 6 at 9:50 p.m.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 18-year-old Ethan S. Baldwin of Sedalia on a Municipal warrant and a Pettis County warrant (both $150) at 11th and Vermont April 5. Baldwin was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

20-year-old Drae L. Marcum was arrested on a Saline County warrant ($100 bond), and a Pettis County warrant ($250 bond) at 3201 W. Broadway on April 5 just before 9:30 p.m. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

31-year-old Warren A. Downs of Sedalia was arrested on a Pettis County warrant for no insurance ($150) at 18th and Missouri at 2:34 a.m. April 6. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.
