Sedalia Man Arrested After Threatening to Burn his Sister’s House Down

Sedalia Police arrested a man who threatened to burn down his sister's house on Tuesday.

According to a report, 48-year-old William R. Taylor, Sr., was arrested after his sister called to complain of harassment in the 400 block of North Lamine.

He was later located at the residence and a computer check revealed he was wanted on a Pettis County warrant.

Taylor was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $7,500 cash or surety bond.
