Sedalia Man Arrested for DWI After Car Crash in Pettis County

A Sedalia man was arrested for DWI after a car crash in Pettis County on Tuesday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Justin W. Nelson of Sedalia after his 2005 Toyota traveled off the right side of the roadway on Tevis Road, west of Walnut Grove Road, at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday night.

Nelson suffered minor injuries and was transported by PCAD to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

He was later arrested at 9:10 p.m. and charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.
