Sedalia Man Arrested for DWI-Drugs After Traffic Stop

Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at 9:07 p.m. Sunday on a vehicle that was traveling 10 miles per hour and reportedly hitting the curb several times, according to a caller.

Officers made contact with the driver, 52-year-old Alexander Nicholas Orloff of Sedalia.

Investigation revealed that the driver was impaired by drugs. He also had a pipe with a green leafy substance in it.

Orloff was arrested and charged with DWI-drugs, and taken to Sedalia PD, then to Bothwell Regional Heath Center, then to the Pettis County Jail.

Orloff was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
