
Sedalia Man Arrested In Domestic Disturbance
On Tuesday night at 10:20 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 2107 E. 9th between a male and female.
Investigation revealed that the disturbance was physical prior to officers' arrival.
The female sustained injuries as a result of being punched by the male.
When officers attempted to place the male under arrest, he resisted.
The suspect, 41-year-old Jeremy W. Vinyard of Sedalia, was eventually secured in handcuffs and transported to the Pettis County Jail. He was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending the formal filing of charges for 3rd degree felony domestic assault and resisting arrest.
