Sedalia Man Arrested On Multiple Charges
On Monday, Oct. 9 at approximately 10:13 p.m., the SPD's Crime Resolution Unit, with the assistance of Patrol Officers and Pettis County Deputies, conducted a traffic stop in the area of West Broadway Blvd and Curry Drive.
The traffic stop was the result of an active drug investigation.
A passenger in the vehicle was arrested for two outstanding warrants. K9 “Rocky” was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and cocaine was located in the vehicle.
The suspect, 29-year-old Eric K. Wilson, Jr., now faces charges of:
*Trafficking Drugs, 2nd Degree (Cocaine)
*Tampering with Physical Evidence
*Delivery of a Controlled Substance
*Possession of a Controlled Substance
*Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 2nd
*Fugitive from Justice
*Johnson County Warrant-Delivery of a Controlled Substance
*State of Kansas Parole Violation-Aggravated Robbery
