Sedalia Man Arrested on Multiple Warrants

Sedalia Police were responded to the 300 block of West 5th Street Friday morning for a possible burglary in progress.

Investigation revealed there was no burglary. One of the subjects was recognized as having multiple warrants for his arrest.

One was a misdemeanor Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Driving While Intoxicated, and another was a felony Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Revoked. Both were issued by Pettis County.

Cody Austin Harvey, 29, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked on the warrants, pending a $250 cash-only bond and a $25,000 cash or surety bond.
