Sedalia Man Faces Sexual Misconduct Charge

On Wednesday morning, Sedalia Police arrested two subjects in the 1200 block of West 11th Street after an investigation that was reported to the department on Jan. 25.

Both subjects were taken to the Pettis County Jail, where they were booked on a 24-hour hold,

Donald Christopher Gibbs, 43, of Sedalia, was held pending charges of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child, Soliciting a Child Over the Internet, Distribution of Marijuana, and Tampering With a Victim/Witness in a Felony Prosecution.

Tammy S. Young, 63, of Sedalia, was held pending charges of Tampering With A Victim/Witness in a Felony Prosecution.

The bond and court dates for Gibbs and Young were to be determined.
