Sedalia Man Racks Up Multiple Trespassing Charges

On Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., 40-year-old Erik Mathew Elkins of Sedalia was arrested for trespassing in the 100 block of West 6th. Elkins was issued a Municipal court summons with a February court date.

On Thursday at 12:37 p.m. 40-year-old Erik Mathew Elkins of Sedalia was arrested for 1st degree criminal trespassing in the 400 block of West Pettis. Elkins was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

And it was previously reported on Jan. 11 that Sedalia Police responded to Best Western on a trespassing complaint Thursday night around 11:45 p.m.

The alleged trespasser, 40-year-old Erik Mathew Elkins, was located a short time later at Casey's, 3050 S. Limit, and arrested. Elkins was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the formal filing of trespass charges.
