The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 13.

A man in the 700 Block of Wilkerson reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into his vehicle between 3 and 11 a.m. on Aug.11 and stole a 16" HP XDX laptop valued at $700 and a Kenwood Stereo valued at $100.

A man in the 400 Block of West 22nd reported to Sedalia Police that a Dewalt Cordless Drill valued at $200 was stolen from his garage between Aug. 5 and 9.

A stop sign with metal post and concrete was missing in the area of West 16th and South Stewart.

Yesterday (Aug. 12), A woman from Mora reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that someone damaged her mailbox sometime overnight.

Sedalia Police went to the 800 Block of South Limit for a physical disturbance on Sunday, Aug. 11. A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted by a previous boyfriend while walking on West 10th to the Taco Bell parking lot.

Sedalia Police arrested Chad Beasley for stealing and failure to appear out of Warrensburg, bond set at $600 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Samuel Perez Jr. for failure to appear for assault, bond set at $141.50.

Sedalia Police found a man urinating in public at the Missouri State Fair. The man was asked to leave the Fairgrounds and was escorted out. The man came back to the Fairgrounds and Marvin Dunn Jr. was arrested for trespassing in the 2nd degree.

A green BMX bike was found near the cemetery by city workers that were mowing the grass at West 28th and South Grand.
