Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Crime Reports: Morning of Aug. 9, 2013

The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Crime reports are from the morning of Friday, Aug. 9, 2013.

Sedalia Police went to the 1400 Block of Liberty Park Boulevard for a report of a theft and possible elderly abuse. The Adult and Senior Services hotline was contacted for further investigation.

A man in the 300 Block of West 6th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke the catch on his storm door and the front door was split.

Tower Loans at 214 South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police that someone spray painted the outside of his business between 6 p.m. on Aug. 7 and 9 a.m. on Aug. 8.

A woman in the 2400 Block of West Main reported to Sedalia Police that some of her belongings were stolen by known suspects on Aug. 6.

Sedalia Police arrested Ronald Duncan for child neglect for a Cass County warrant, bond set at $4,000 cash and failure to appear for non-support out of Cass County, bond set at $1,500 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Ashley Schoenthal for child neglect, bond set at $2,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Martin Browning for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic lanes.

Sedalia Police arrested Thomas Wedge for a parole violation and stealing.
