The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013.

Several Thefts Reported

A man from Cole Camp reported to Sedalia Police that he parked his car in the Thompson Hills Shopping Center at 2 p.m. on Aug. 10 and went into a store for ten minutes. The man's bank bag containing $10,000 in cash was stolen from his vehicle.

A man in the 1700 Block of East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into his car and stole an Apple iPod and a pair of Oakley Sunglasses, valued at $225.

A woman in the 900 Block of East 13th reported to Sedalia Police that her ex-boyfriend has stolen her car twice.

A woman in the 700 Block of Wilkerson reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole two sofas off her front porch between 10 p.m. on Aug. 12 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 13.

A woman in the 400 Block of East Saline reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her lawnmower from her front yard between 10 p.m. on Aug. 13 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 14.

A woman in the 1100 Block of East 11th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into her home and stole a 46" JVC flat screen TV and four DVDs between 5 p.m. on Aug. 11 and 5 a.m. on Aug. 12.

Several Arrests Made

Pettis County Deputies received a report that an air conditioner unit was stolen in the 30000 Block of Boonville Road in Smithton.

Sedalia Police arrested Sherry Rose for having a Benton County warrant, bond set at $100 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Renita Wallace for failure to appear, bond set at $100.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Marvin Parpout for a Pettis County warrant and violation of order of protection.

Sedalia Police arrested Elizabeth Sibit for driving while suspended.
