The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, February 23, 2015.

An employee of Casey's, at 1601 East Broadway, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a theft after someone attempted to purchase $143.72 worth of merchandise and left the store, without completing the transaction on Saturday night (Feb. 21).

An employee of First Methodist Church, at 4th and Osage, reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a two-liter container of coins, tv, dvd player and choir monitors, between Feb. 19 and 22.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone either stole or he lost the license plate off his truck on February 12.

A man in the 20000 Block of Highway 50 in Sedalia reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged his mailbox on Saturday (Feb. 21).

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a minor assault that happened in the 17000 Block of Main Street on Sunday evening (Feb. 22).

Sedalia Police investigated a hit and run accident that happened in the Thompson Hills Shopping Center. A victim reported to Sedalia Police that a passenger side front door had been damaged by another door of another vehicle.

Sedalia Police arrested Carlos Nunez Jr. for operator's or chauffer's license required and driving while intoxicated, bond set at $1,067.

Sedalia Police arrested Miguel Heredia for failure to appear and failure to obey, bond set at $733.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Raymond Casillas Jr. for failure to appear and driving while suspended, bond set at $620.

Sedalia Police arrested Shawn Hansell for failure to appear-misdemeanor out of Morgan County, bond set at $500 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Dale Kabler for failure to appear on a failure to obey a lawful order charge and a public peace disturbance at Walmart, bond set at $283 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested David Wilson for failure to appear on a failure to obey a lawful order charge, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Vieth for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Charles Aldrich for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Pettis County Deputies arrested 21-year-old Daryl Rasa on 9th and Emmet Avenue after a short foot pursuit on Saturday evening (Feb. 21). Rasa had several active Pettis County warrants and also has new charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Sedalia Police arrested Linda David for a drug violation for possession of synthetic narcotics, drug violation for possession of marijuana-misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Alva Rasa the 3rd on an active Pettis County warrant for driving while revoked/suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Samantha Clawson for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Lacrissa Cavender for stealing from Wood's.

Sedalia Police arrested Sherman Ward for domestic assault in the 3rd.

Sedalia Police arrested Shane Hatami for domestic assault in the 2nd.
