The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Department crime reports are from the morning of Friday, Nov. 1, 2013.

Sedalia Police Receive Report of a Child Wandering Streets Unsupervised

Yesterday (Oct. 31), Sedalia Police went to the area of Saline and McAnally Court for a report of a 4-year-old child found without supervision. The child's caretaker was found and the Division of Children's Services were contacted for further follow up.

Several Thefts Investigated

Employees of Septagon Construction reported to Sedalia Police that 1000 pounds of orange and yellow construction cords were stolen on either Oct. 17 or 18.

Employees of Schibi Transportation at 1509 North Ohio reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a brass bulldozer radiator valued at $3,000 on either Oct. 30 or 31.

Employees of Orscheln reported to Sedalia Police that someone burned over $100 in sweatshirts on a rack on Oct. 30.

A chemo therapy pump was stolen from a truck in the 1500 Block of East 7th on Oct. 8.

A woman in the 1400 Block of Liberty Park Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that her Aspire laptop and approximately 80 Percocet pills were stolen on Oct. 30.

A woman in the 1600 Block of Crestview Drive reported to Pettis County Deputies that she received several unawanted text messages from a man known to her. The matter is under investigation by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office.

Sedalia Police Make Several Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested Kaylee Waite and Alex Ksogei for driving while suspended, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Daniela Jalilvand for a Sedalia and Camden County warrant and driving while suspended, bond set at $362.20 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Melissa Waite for a warrant, bond set at $150 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Kenneth Boyer for a violation of court order.
