The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Thursday, April 9, 2015.

A woman in the area of West 4th and South Moniteau reported to Sedalia Police that someone threatened her with a knife on the afternoon of April 6. Sedalia Police located the suspects nearby, but no charges are being requested.

Sedalia Police responded to a medical call in the area of West 4th and South Vermont, yesterday (April 8). A woman severed several fingers on a table saw. The woman was working on a cabinet in a confined space in the basement, when the incident occurred.

A man in the area of South Grand and West 17th reported to Sedalia Police that his truck had been stolen from his backyard and sold as scrap on April 8. The  truck had been wrecked and he has been selling parts from it.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a lime green Huffy FX20 bicycle from her yard, between April 2 and 8, in the area of South Stewart and Wilkerson Street.

The Pettis County Sheriff's Office received a report of identity theft that occurred on April 7 and another one one that occurred between April 3 and 7.

Sedalia Police found a side door to a garage forced open in the area of West 5th and South Kentucky on the night of April 7. The owner was unavailable at the time to verify if anything was stolen.

Sedalia Police arrested Jorge Diaz for failure to appear-felony, bond set at $3,500 10%.

Sedalia Police arrested Danielle Holman for two counts of a probation violation and identity theft-misdemeaner, bond set at $3,000 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Joshua McAlister for trespassing, assault and failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash and $816.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Sheryl Hayes for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $241.50.

Sedalia Police arrested James Yount for failure to appear, bond set at $200 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Helen Semande for two charges of domestic assault in the 3rd.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeffrey Stoney for receiving stolen property under $150 and drug violation for possession of synthetic narcotics.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Robert Peery for a Johnson County warrant.
