Another scam has been reported to Sedalia Police as a person in the 700 Block of East 14th had someone call, claiming to be from Medicare and asked for personal information. The information was given and then it was discovered that $447.34 was taken out of the bank account without authorization.

Yesterday morning at 9, Sedalia Police went to the Boonslick Library at 219 West 3rd as someone threw some paint and oil on the windows of the library between 6 p.m. On July 2  and 8:42 a.m. On July 3.

The Cellular Connection at 766 Winchester reported to Sedalia Police that a $600 Iphone was stolen from a display counter on July 2.

AG Co-OP at 2420 Clinton Road reported to Sedalia Police that someone has been taken wooden pallets from the business sometime since June 2.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that a $8,000 heat pump was stolen from a home in the 400 Block of North Missouri on June 27  or 28.

A landlord reported to Sedalia Police that former tenants in the 500 Block of East 13th stole a refrigerator belonging to him between July 1 and 3.

A woman from Sedalia reported to Sedalia Police that she either lost or someone stole her wallet at Bing's West between 12:30 p.m. on July 3  and 2:40 p.m. on July 3.

A 17-year old reported to Sedalia Police Department that his 20-inch gray BMX bike that has white wheels and green hubs was stolen in the 300 Block of West 3rd on July 2. The bike is valued at $1,500.

Yesterday (July 3), Pettis County Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 65, during the investigation it was determined that the vehicle had been damaged while broke down on the side of Highway 65. Deputies arrested Joshua Shobe for 1st degree property damage and stealing from a motor vehicle.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted by a known suspect on June 30  in the 300 Block of North Heard Street.

Sedalia Police arrested Anna Kroenke for a failure to appear charge, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Jesse Roberts for a failure to appear, bond set at $150 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Brent Spellmeyer for driving while suspended.

Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office in reference to a warrant arrest. Anthony T. Jones was arrested on no bond Probation and Parole warrant.
