Pettis County Deputies responded yesterday to the 300 Block of West 36th Street on an attempted suicide by a 45-year-old white female. The woman was later transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

Sedalia Police went to Bothwell Regional Health Center in reference to a child investigation. Sedalia Police made contact with the Department of Social Services-Childrens Division employee, who stated that a 4-year-old child was admitted to Bothwell Regional Health Center and had suspicious physical injuries that might have been caused by physical abuse.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that a person she knows wrote a $800 check on her closed account between August 15 and 31.

A man in the 600 Block of East 10th reported to Sedalia Police that his female brown/tan Sharpei/Lab mix dog with a blue collar was taken from the backyard between 8 p.m. September 2 and 9 a.m. September 3.

A man in the 800 Block of East 19th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole copper wiring from the attic and detached garage sometime since August 20.

A man in the 1200 Block of Liberty Park Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that someone unlawfully entered his apartment and stole his wallet from beneath his mattress at 7 p.m. September 2 and 7 a.m. September 3.

A woman in the 1600 Block of South Lamine reported to Sedalia Police that a bottle of Klonopin, which helps control seizures and panic attacks were stolen between August 24 and 31.

A woman in 3000 Block of South Grand reported to Pettis County Deputies that there was a burglary between 7 a.m. August 26 and 8 p.m. September 3.

Diet Center at 1430 Thompson Boulevard reported to the Sedalia Police Department that someone threw a rock at the front door causing the glass to break between 6 p.m August 31 and 3 p.m. September 3.

A man in the 1400 Block of East 11th reported to Sedalia Police that his rear license plate and rear vehicle emblem were spray painted with black paint between 10 a.m. September 1 and 2 p.m. September 2.

A woman in the 2400 Block of Stacey Lane reported to Sedalia Police that her 2002 Saturn had been scratched with an unknown object on the driver's door and the rear driver's side door between 8 p.m. September 2 and 7 a.m. September 3.

Sedalia Police arrested Randall Dotson for having a Benton County warrant, bond set at $300 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Jon Snedden for failure to appear, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Megan Dunning for stealing $43.29 in items from Walmart.
