Sedalia Police Find Stolen Vehicle

Sedalia Police found a stolen vehicle yesterday (Friday) in the 1500 Block of West Main. The originating agency was contacted and the vehicle was taken to a secure facility for processing by them.

Several Investigations Conducted In the Area

The Pettis County Sheriff's Office received a report of property damage in the 300 Block of West 32nd.

Sedalia Police received a report on Monday (April 8) that Walmart staff saw someone conceal a watch and then left the store without paying for the item. Sedalia Police found the suspect at home and Jason Sash was arrested for stealing, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Casey's at 1909 West Main reported a $29.43 gas drive off.

Sedalia Police Make Two Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested Brian Bashford for a parole violation and a failure to appear charge out of Warsaw in Benton County. There was no bond set on the parole violation, but the failure to appear charge was $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Gary Baker for failure to signal turns, driving while suspended and a parole violation related to drugs. No bond was set.
