Sedalia Police Investigating a Sexual Assault
Sedalia Police is investigating a possible sexual assault that occurred in the 700 Block of South Lafayette.
Several Thefts Reported in Area
A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole a microwave, air conditioner unit, a computer, printers and an undetermined amount of wiring in the 800 Block of McVey Road.
A woman in the 100 Block of South Quincy reported to Sedalia Police that $150 was spent on her EBT card without authorization on May 18.
A man in the 300 Block of East Boonville reported to Sedalia Police that a self-propelled mower was stolen between 10 p.m. on May 28 and 11 a.m. on May 29.
A man in the 1500 Block of West Main reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her two Missouri license plates and a VCR/DVD player valued at $80 in the last two weeks.
Otten Small Engine at 2617 East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that a Jensen stereo was taken out of a 1995 Nissan pickup between 6:30 p.m.on May 29 and 9:30 a.m.on May 30.
A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone took items out of her vehicle in the 3100 Block of West Broadway.
The Missouri State Fair reported to Sedalia Police that a vehicle damaged the fence next to Gate 6 as it drove through the fence, causing $200 in damages.
Several Arrests Made
Sedalia Police arrested David Dawson for shoplifting from Woods, bond set at $533.50.
Sedalia Police arrested Dennis Kumm for driving while suspended.
