Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of October 8, 2012

A woman in the 1200 Block of South Carr reported to Sedalia Police that someone fraudulently purchased two items from Hewlett Packard for $920.82 and $850.48. The transactions were stopped.

A woman in the 500 Block of East 10^th reported $50 in property damage to a vehilce. Someone also stole a gray TomTom, GPS valued at $50; pink mp3 player valued at $75; and a car stereo and head unit, valued at $180.

A man in the 2700 Block of Wabash Drive reported to Sedalia Police that $350 in items were stolen from a truck between 10 p.m. October 4 and 1:30 a.m. October 5.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her purse in the 1600 Block of East 11^th between 9 and 10 p.m. October 5.

Pettis County Deputies recovered twelve road signs from the 30000 Block of South Grand.

Pettis County Deputies recovered property in 200 Block of West Webster Street in Smithton. The recovered property is under investigation for possible ownership identification.

A woman in the 31000 Block of Goodwill Chapel Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged her camper trailer while it was parked.

A woman in the 1500 Block of Heck Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that she has received several threatening text messages.

Sedalia Police arrested Lindsey Walker for having a Morgan County Warrant for stealing, bond set at $500 cash and a Saline County warrant for a probation violation, bond set at $2500 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Dallas Carlock for property damage and no proof of insurance, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Allison Jo Broxterman, Ronald Ransburgh Jr. and Colin Horman for drivinw while inxoticated.

Pettis County Deputies arrested 30-year-old Lucas Bailey for driving while intoxicated and driving in a careless and imprudent manner.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Joshua Jones of Smithton on an active warrant out of Pettis County.

Sedalia Police arrested Stevay Yarbrough for driving while suspended.
