On Aug. 17, Sedalia Police responded to a motor vehicle accident that occurred at Broadway & Engineer at 4:10 p.m. According to the report, the driver fled from the scene on foot, but then returned a short time later. The area where the suspect went to was searched, and two bags of marijuana and two handguns were discovered, one of which was reported stolen. State charges are being sought against the suspect, who was not named in the report.


 

Kayla Marschke, 24, homeless, was arrested on a Camden County warrant (stealing) at 820 S.Limit, on Aug. 18 around 11:20 a.m. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.


 

Anatoly Kukharets, 18, Sedalia, was arrested after a traffic stop at Broadway and State Fair Blvd., just after 8 p.m. Aug. 18. He was wanted on a Pettis County warrant.


 

Amanda Kay Bobbitt, 35, homeless, was arrested after police received a call on an intoxicated females causing a disturbance at 3402 W, Broadway. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail and held pending sobriety.


 

Michael D. Rackham, 38, Sedalia, was arrested on three warrants out of Pettis County, La Monte and Sedalia at 4:20 a.m. Aug. 19 at 3201 W. Broadway after Sedalia Police received a call on a man looking into vehicles on the lot. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Shane Tod Elmer Kreisel, 41, Sedalia, was arrested on a Municipal warrant in the 400 block of W. Main. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $93.50 cash bond, with a Sept. 20 court date.


 

Samuel Aaron Bartlett, 33, Sedalia, was arrested at Broadway and Industrial at 8:14 p.m. Aug. 18 and charged with Driving While Revoked after a traffic stop there.


 

On Aug. 15, Heather Woolery reported that her firearm was stolen from her vehicle sometimes between Aug, 8 and 15. The firearm has since been recovered, the report noted.


 

On Aug. 20, Chris Ramey, reported that someone stole a .40 caliber pistol from his locked vehicle in the 2600 block of Plaza Ave. No damage was done to the vehicle, and there are no suspects.


 

Sara L. Prescott, 26, Columbus, Ga., was arrested for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault and violation of an ex parte in the 1500 block of Country Club Blvd., at 3:02 a.m. Aug. 16 after police responded to a domestic disturbance there. According to the report, the subjects were heavily intoxicated. The male's nose was injured, but he refused medical treatment. The suspect was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to be cleared fit for confinement, then taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Siobhan L. Cummins, 31, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop on a silver Jeep at 5th and Missouri just after 8 p.m. Aug. 19. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Diana Kimberly Irvin, 28, Warrensburg, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop at Broadway and Prospect at 7:41 p.m. on Aug. 18.


 

Anthony Steven Cirelli, 24, homeless, was arrested for receiving stolen property of $150 or more, after he allegedly stole a purse containing an EBT card from the 600 block of 600 Hancock at 11:37 a.m. Cirelli was eventually located at 1975 W. Broadway and arrested.


 

Devon Dare Perry, 25, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended and also on a Municipal warrant after a car stop for an incomplete stop at a stop sign at 14th and Missouri at 8:18 p.m. Aug. 18. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $622 bond, with a Sept. 6 court date.


 

Jeffrey Howard Hughes, 37, Sedalia, was arrested for interfering with an arrest in the 600 block of E. 11th at 12:51 a.m. Aug. 19.


 

Visitacion Ubaldo Lorenzo, 57, Sedalia, was arrested at 4:46 a.m. Aug. 19 for 4th Degree Assault after the report said Lorenzo allegedly shoved the suspect into the wall, causing a bruise. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Lamberto D. Alejo Diaz, 37, Sedalia, was arrested for operating a a motor vehicle without a valid license after a traffic stop at 11:09 p.m. Aug. 18 at Broadway and State Fair Blvd. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold.


 

On Aug. 19 at 9:32 p.m., Jennifer Marie Ray reported that a man who agreed to give her a ride from the fairgrounds stopped at Murphy USA gas station and asked her to get him a bottle of water and cigarettes. But while inside, the suspect took off with her purse, which contained ID cards, debit cards and cash.


 

Kishia Nicole Vickers, 40, was arrested in the 600 block of E. 11th at 12:47 a.m. Aug. 19 for 4th Degree Assault. According to the report, she allegedly threatened her boyfriend with a gun, but investigation revealed there was no gun. But while on scene, officers witnessed Vickers assault her boyfriend. She was then taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

On Aug. 18, Kimberly Jane Morrison reported that she dropped her wallet at Motel 6 around 3 a.m. When she went back to retrieve it, the wallet was empty. The wallet contained her driver's license, two gift certificates and $200.


 

On Aug. 16, Danny Edwards reported the theft of a 9mm Ruger handgun, valued at $400, from his 2011 Ford F-150, which was parked on the street in front of his home around 11:30 p.m. The report said that the Ford was rummaged through, as well as a second vehicle. Nothing was taken from that vehicle. The victim is willing to prosecute, the report noted.


 

Rachel Leigh Nowland, 19, Chillicothe, was arrested by State Fair Security after they responded to an intoxicated female causing a disturbance at 12:25 a.m. Aug. 18. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail pending sobriety.


 

Santiago Sebastian, 41, was arrested after a traffic stop for expired plates in the K-Mart parking lot at 12:06 a.m. Aug. 16. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
