Sedalia Police crime reports

Kevin E. Wolfe, 31, Sedalia, was arrested on a warrant for peace disturbance after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no front plate. The plate turned out to be stolen from the vehicle, but the occupant (Wolfe) was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $93.50 bond.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 24-year-old Carla Patricia Aguirre after officers were called to the 1100 block of E. 11th on a disturbance call. According to a report, two females were fighting and Aguirre allegedly caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to the victim's car. Aguirre left the scene before officers arrived, but was later located and arrested. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of formal charges.


 

Barry E. Keele, 43, Pettis County, was arrested at 11th and Marvin after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a gray Ford F-150 pulling a trailer for no registration on Sunday. Keele was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a Jan. 14 court date.


Sedalia Police took a property damage report at ABC Storage, 1500 W. Main, on Saturday afternoon. According to the report, someone forced their way into the secured lot and damaged several RVs. Several items were stolen as well. Total loss was estimated at $1,000. There are no suspects.


 

Naomi Suzanne Dalton, 47, was arrested by Sedalia Police Saturday at 11:15 p.m.  in the 1100 block of Ware for DWI and Improper Lane Usage after a traffic stop for no turn signal. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.


 

Sedalia Police arrested Zachary T. Allison, 17, Pettis County, after a traffic stop for a headlight out at 11:45 p.m. Friday at 3rd and Limit. Allison was also wanted on a warrant for speeding. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $50 cash bond.


 

Donovan L. Sims, 40, Sedalia, was arrested after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a gray pickup for expired plates at 17th and Kentucky just after 8 p.m. He was also charged with Driving While Suspended. Sims was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a Jan. 17 court date.


 

Christina M. Carlock, 29, Sedalia, was arrested on a Municipal warrant in the 1200 block of S. Massachusetts Saturday afternoon. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $50 cash bond, She has a Jan. 10 court date.


 

Boris P. Brenish, 23, Sedalia, was arrested on a Municipal warrant after police conducted a vehicle check at 3001 S. Limit at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He now has a Jan. 10 court date.


 

On Sunday, Nichole L. Lipe reported a burglary at her residence in the 1500 block of S. Missouri. The theft occurred between 1145 a.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Sunday. Taken was a 32-inch Sceptre flat-screen TV. In addition to her door being left wide open, Lipe discovered a note was left for her in her bedroom.


 

On Friday morning, Sedalia Police arrested Jada D. Weaver, Pettis County, for shoplifting at the Sedalia Wal-Mart, 3201 W. Broadway. According to a report, the store's asset protection manager contacted her after she left the store without paying for several items. Weaver was later arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with a Feb. 14 court date.


 

Audrey N. Williams, 33, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended out of Iowa after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevy truck for expired tags at 10th and Kentucky Saturday. Williams was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with a Feb. 14 court date.


 

Ashlee M. Jeronimo, 30, Houstonia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at 4th and Missouri on Friday just after 4 p.m. Jeronimo was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $250 cash bond.


 

On Dec. 1, Eric S. Archibeque reported a hit-and-run that occurred to his 1999 Ford around 7 p.m. on the Waterloo employee lot at 1500 Waterloo Drive. A suspect has subsequently been identified, but no charges are being sought.


 

On Friday morning, Steven J. Hale reported a hit-and-run that occurred at 32nd and Clinton Road at 7:45 a.m. The suspect vehicle left the scene.


 

Mary Rowena Nandho, 43, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant (traffic) on Saturday afternoon in the 1000 block of E. 10th. Nandho was taken to the Pettis County Jail and booked on a $175 cash bond.


 

Patrick D. Martin, 22, Sedalia, was issued a Municipal summons for Animals Running at Large in the 1600 block of S. Osage Sunday evening. Martin now has a Jan. 17 court date.


 

On Saturday, police took a theft report from Jimmie W. Sanders, who reported his license plate was stolen from his Chevy S-10. In addition, the bumper was damaged in the incident. A total of $100 loss. There are no suspects.


 

Michael L. Taylor, 46, Pettis County, was arrested and charged with Driving While Revoked after Sedalia police conducted a traffic stop at 32nd and Kentucky for a registration violation on Friday. Taylor was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released, pending the filing of formal charges.


 

On Friday, Freida M. Strange of Sedalia reported that she was scammed out of a large sum of money. According to a report, someone called her, claiming to be a family member asking for money. The victim sent the money, then later realized the caller was not a family member and that it was a scam. Investigation continues.
