Sedalia Police reports 12-9-19

Sedalia Police arrested 20-year-old John M. Polosky of Whiteman Air Force Base for DWI at 16th and McDonald's Avenue after receiving several traffic complaints on a black Nissan driving poorly at 9:37 p.m. Thursday night. Polosky was found driving west on 16th in the eastbound lanes. He was taken into custody and transported to the SPD, where he was issued a Municipal summons and released with a Jan. 5 court date.


 

Sedalia Police arrested Skylanna S. Govea of Pettis County after conducting a traffic stop at 12 a.m. Friday for defective equipment at 3201 W. Broadway. Govea was wanted on a Municipal warrant with a $150 cash bond. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail with a Dec. 11 court date.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 20-year-old Glenn Darnell Walton of Berryville, Ark., at 10th and State Fair Blvd., on a probation violation at 8:47 a.m. Dec. 6. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.


 

On Dec. 5, a man reported that someone poured a chemical on his vehicle, causing $4,000 of damage to the paint in the 1900 block of Liberty Park Blvd. There are no suspects.


 

On Dec. 5, a woman reported to police that a person who was driving her vehicle assaulted her while the vehicle was moving. The suspect then drove into a parking lot at 11th and Limit, where a witness told them the cops were being called. The suspect then exited the vehicle and fled on foot.


 

On Dec. 5, Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Mazda SUV at 6th and Summit for no front plate. A computer check revealed that 20-year-old Lyndi Makail Fox of Sedalia was driving while suspended. She was taken to the SPD, where she was fingerprinted and released with a Jan. 15 court date.


 

On Dec. 4, Sedalia Police arrewted 34-year-old Alexander D. Cason of Sedalia at Broadway and Crescent Drive. Cason was wanted on a Municipal warrant with a $150 cash bond. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail with a Jan. 8 court date.
