Sedalia Police reports 6-26-19
Sedalia Police arrested 24-year-old Maria G. Hernandez of Sedalia at 24th and Ingram on Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. on a Municipal warrant after police responded to a motor vehicle accident there. Hernandez was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $60 bond. She now has an August 14 court date.
On Tuesday, a man reported damage to his vehicle while it was parked overnight in the 500 block of North Grand. Rocks were thrown at the rear window, causing $400 of damage. There are no suspects.
On Monday, Sedalia Police took a report from a man who reported that his 8x12 storage shed, valued at $2,000, was taken from the 1200 block of East Fourth on June 7.
Sedalia Police arrested 34-year-old Jason J. Spencer of Sedalia at 5th and Missouri after observing him in the roadway where a sidewalk was available at 10:42 p.m. Monday night. He was found to be in possession of marijuana. Spencer was issued a Municipal court summons for August 14.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 32-year-old Matthew C. Mitchell of Knob Noster at 11:02 p.m. Tuesday in Johnson County. He was charged with DWI and speeding. He was released from the scene.
