On Friday (Mar 2), Sedalia Police responded to the 2800 block of S. Grand Ave. for a report of an assault with a weapon. The caller reportedly told officers that his daughter was assaulted by her husband with a knife. Officers arrived and located the suspect, 37-year old Justin S. Lange. Police arrested Lange and transported him to the Pettis County Jail, pending state charges of 3rd Degree Domestic Assault and Kidnapping.


On Thursday (Mar 1), Sedalia Police were dispatched to the area of the 200 block of W. Broadway for a disturbance. When officers arrived, they located the suspect, whom police knew had two warrants. The suspect, 34-year old Brandon L. Koch, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail with a total bond of $25,500.


On Thursday (Mar 1), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on E. Broadway for a vehicle with improper registration. Investigation revealed the driver had a revoked license and three active felony warrants. Police arrested 36-year old John R. Dory, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. Two warrants carried no bond, while the third warrant carried a bond of $7,500.
