Sedalia Police Crime Reports for September 14, 2017

On Wednesday, Sedalia Police arrested Mary Ann Hale, 26, Sedalia, after an officer observed her traveling at twice the speed limit on N. Missouri at Henry.  A computer check revealed she was also Driving While Suspended. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with an Oct. 11 court date.

Chelsea Nicole Byrd, 25, Sedalia, was arrested in the 2200 block of W. 5th on a Pettis County warrant Wednesday afternoon. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $3,000 cash or surety bond.

Frank Allen Lappat, 36, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant (1st degree burglary, 2nd degree property damage, 4th degree domestic assault and violation of a full order of protection) at the Sedalia PD on Wednesday morning. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $25,000 cash or surety bond and a Sept. 19 court date.

Bruce Andrew Gullett, 31, Sedalia, was arrested in the 900 block of S. Ohio Wednesday night on a parole violation warrant. Gullett was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond. His court date is pending.

On Sept. 10 at 4:50 a.m., Ian F. Borath reported a broken car window in the 500 block of S. New York.  There is security footage available and there is one suspect.
