Sedalia Police crime reports 9-15-17

Sedalia Police arrested Abraham Bernade Martinez-Andrade, 30, Sedalia, at Broadway and Grand at 3:32 a.m. Thursday after a traffic stop. He was charged with ID theft, Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle with the DOR, Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid Driver's License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.


 

Stephen Andrew Bartlett, 32, Sedalia, was arrested in the 400 block of S. Grand after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance. A computer check revealed a Pettis County warrant for Bartlett. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $100 bond.


 

Heather N. Reyes, 27, Sedalia, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Friday after a traffic stop ona black Nissan for an improperly-secured plate. Reyes was wanted on three Pettis County warrant for traffic offenses. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $305.50 bond, with a court date TBA.


 

Bradley Simons, 24, Sedalia, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Friday at 16th and Ohio. He was taken into custody on four charges: Driving While Suspended, Failure to Register with the DOR, Failure to Maintain Financial responsibility, and he was also wanted on a Municipal warrant. His bond was $93.50 cash. Simons was booked and released.


 

Timothy L. Davis, 41, Sedalia, was arrested for 1st Degree Trespassing at 1:42 a.m. in the 700 block of E. 15th. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.


 

On Thursday, Byron A. Guider reported $700 of damage to his car in the 200 block of Scott Joplin Court on Thursday. There are no suspects.
