David JW Peak, 33, Sedalia, was arrested on a Higginsville warrant after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of E. 3rd at 4:39 p.m. Sunday. Peak was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $250 bond.


 

Tiffany M. Scalf, 30, Clinton, was arrested on Monday morning at 2:52 a.m. after Sedalia Police responded to a 911 call in which the caller said she felt like she was going to die. Scalf reportedly refused medical treatment upon SPD's arrival. A computer check revealed Scalf was wanted on a probation and parole violation. Scalf was then arrested and taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, where she was deemed fit for confinement. She was then transported to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Amy Irene Clark, 38, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant (possesion of marijuana) at 10:17 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.


 

On Sunday morning, Dana Martin reported the theft of her wallet containing $540 and also two bottles of medication from her car which was parked in the 1800 block of S. Osage. The theft occurred between 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 5:36 a.m. on Sunday.
