Sedalia Police Department Arrest Reports for Aug. 10, 2017
Just after 6:00 Thursday morning (Aug 10), Sedalia Police responded to the 400 block of N. Mill Ave for a reported burglary. A woman stated there was a man inside the house, that did not belong there. The man reportedly exposed himself to the woman. Police arrested the suspect, 34-year old Marvin Anthony Smith. He was placed on a twenty-four hold in the Pettis County Jail, for 1st Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Sexual Misconduct, Possession of Synthetic Narcotics, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Around 1:30 Thursday morning (Aug 10), Sedalia Police conducted a subject-check near the Katy Trail on E. Broadway and S. Ingram Ave. According to the report, the suspect, 43-year old Kimberly Sue McNeil, had a confirmed Pettis County probation violation warrant with a total bond of $4,500. McNeil also had a City of Sedalia FTA warrant with a bond of $225. McNeil was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail.
Just after 10:00 Wednesday night (Aug 9), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at S. Grand Ave and W. 3rd Street for a vehicle disobeying a stop sign. Police checked the driver and passenger's information. According to the report, the passenger, 23-year old Lindsey Taylor Pahlow, had a Pettis County warrant for stealing.. Pahlow was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a bond of $425.
Around 7:00 Wednesday night (Aug 9), Sedalia Police conducted a warrant-check in the 1000 block of E. 17th Street. The suspect had an active Sedalia FTA warrant for a traffic violation. Sedalia Police arrested 58-year old Paul Norman Waller and transported him to the Pettis County Jail, with a bond of $100.
