Sedalia Police took a report of property damage on Wednesday (Mar 22), at a business in the 1700 block of West 9th Street. The complainant stated that someone had shot at the store window of Forever 10 Gaming. Security camera footage revealed the window appeared to be shot about 50 times with a BB gun, around 9:40 the night before. There were no further details listed in that report.


Just after 8:00 Wednesday night (Mar 22), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of South Osage Avenue and West 14th Street, on a Dodge with license plates that checked to a Chevy truck. According to the report, an investigation revealed the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver, 32-year-old Brandon Keith Vogan, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail.


Around 10:00 Wednesday morning (Mar 22), Sedalia Police officers arrested 26-year-old James Richard Robejsek III, at Sedalia Municipal Court, for an active Pettis County warrant. Robejsek was taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a $250 bond.
