On Sunday (Apr 22), Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of W. Main Street and Metallic Lane, where they arrested 18-year old Gabriela Pascual. According to the police report, the driver (Pascual), had several warrants from Sedalia and Pettis County. Upon contact with Pascual, she reportedly gave police her friend's information. When police confirmed Pascual's identity, she was arrested for the warrants, driving while suspended, and identity theft. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail with a total bond of $31,700.


On Friday (Apr 20), Sedalia Police responded to the 400 block of N. Prospect Ave in reference to a burglary. The victim stated that someone had entered the residence and stole approximately $10,570 worth of electronics. Some of the stolen items include a 75-inch television, a 55-inch television, an XBox One (with several games and controllers), and a radio system. There were no signs of forced entry and no other details were available in the report.
