On Feb. 19, Menard's, 4400 Wisconsin, reported that two people entered the store and concealed merchandise in a bag. The two suspects were uncooperative when management confronted them as they left the store without paying, and walked away. The report indicated they two possibly stole saw blades.


 

On Feb. 19, a man reported that someone entered his unlocked truck in the 2200 block of West 3rd sometime between 6 p.m. Feb. 18 and 5:30 a.m. Feb. 19, and stole a 9mm Ruger LCP handgun from the console. The gun was valued at $250.


 

On Feb. 19, Vincents' Footwear and Apparel, 3115 W. Broadway, reported that on Feb. 18, a male entered the store and used a fraudulent credit card to purchase numerous items. The suspect has been identified, but not yet located.


 

On Feb. 17, Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at 11th and Lafayette on a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the roadway. The officer detected the odor or intoxicants coming from the driver, identified as 40-year-old Asidro Alejo-Ubaldo of Sedalia. Ubaldo was taken to the SPD, where he provided a breath sample that tested above .08 BAC. He was issued a citation for DWI with an April 15 court date.


 

On Feb. 22, Sedalia Police took a report of a delivered package stolen from a home in the 1300 block of South Grand on Feb. 19.


 

On Feb. 21, Sedalia Police took a report of a delivered package stolen off a front porch in the 1100 block of South Warren.


 

On Feb. 19, Sedalia Police took a report of delivered packages stolen from the front porch in the 1000 block of South Barrett. Most of the items were recovered, however, and the suspects were juveniles. The case was referred to the Pettis County Juveniles Office.


 

On Feb. 22, a man reported a hit-and-run that occurred between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. while he was at work at 3201 W. Broadway.


 

On Feb. 22, a man reported a hit-and-run that occurred at 713 East Broadway. Video surveillance footage is available.


 

On Feb. 22, a woman reported a hit-and-run that occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. at 3201 W. Broadway. The front driver's side of the vehicle was damaged in excess of $1,500.


 

On Feb. 20, a man reported a hit-and-run at 12:56 p.m. at 3201 W. 16th in which the other driver left while the victim was calling police to make a report.
