Sedalia Police reports 10-9-19

Sedalia Police arrested two juveniles after officers responded to a burglary at 700 South Limit around 8 p.m. Monday night. Upon arrival, the two juveniles fled the scene on foot, and a pursuit ensued. They were later detained and the juvenile office was contacted. The two were arrested and charged with burglary, stealing, property damage and resisting arrest.


 

29-year-old Josie Beth Palmer was arrested in the 2500 block of South Wooodland Drive Monday around 9:20 p.m. after Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check. She was wanted on a probation violation out of Maries County. Palmer was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $200 bond.


 

52-year-old Jesse R. Smith of Sedalia was arrested for an open container of alcohol after Sedalia Police found him intoxicated in the 100 block of West Broadway around 7:10 p.m. Smith was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a Nov. 13 court date.
