Sedalia STING Unit Arrests Two Suspects After Observing Drug Deal on East 4th Street
The Sedalia STING Unit arrested two suspects yesterday (April 16) after conducting surveillance in the 1600 Block of East 4th Street.
Detectives observed Aaron Argenbright come out of a house and walk to a vehicle and conduct what appeared to be a drug transaction with a subject in a vehicle identified as Jeanie Parish.
The vehicle, driven by Parish, committed various traffic violations and was stopped by Sedalia Police. The STING Unit found Parish to be in possession of a controlled substance and also had a warrant.
The detectives went back to the home and arrested Argenbright. Argenbright faces charges of distribution of a controlled substance (meth) with 2,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and an active/confirmed warrant from Pettis County for failure to register as a sex offender, bond set at $5,000 cash/surety.
Parish faces charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and an active/confirmed misdemeanor failure to appear warrant from Morgan County for a traffic offense.
