Upon arrival, the officer found her on nearby Railroad tracks at N. Prospect and West Main. 50-year-old Cara Marie Fauquier was found to be highly intoxicated and unable to walk on her own.

She was taken into custody for a 12-hour hold. Fauquier was then taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to make sure she was fit for confinement. While at the hospital, Fauquier allegedly kicked an officer in the face and also spit in his face.

She was then taken to the Pettis County Jail and charged with 3rd Degree Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and 1st Degree Trespassing (on the Railroad tracks).
