On Wednesday, June 7, detectives with the Crime Resolution Unit, the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force, and deputies with the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office responded to 2825 Highway TT to serve a drug-related search warrant.

While enroute, a vehicle left the residence and was surveilled by the Police Department’s drone until it was stopped by deputies in the 3400 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

K9 “Cav” was deployed and positively alerted. A substantial amount of methamphetamine was located.

At the conclusion of the investigation, a female suspect was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was being held on a 24-hour hold. The suspect and charges being requested are as follows:

Jessica Brown, 34 years old

*Trafficking Drugs, 2nd degree
*Distribution of a Controlled Substance
