
Sedalia Woman Arrested on Kidnapping, Assault Charges In Disturbance
Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance Wednesday morning at 8:12 a.m., at an apartment in the 300 block of West Fourth.
One of the individuals involved was identified as the primary aggressor and she began to resist the officers on scene.
20-year-old Laeloni M. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Charges of 2nd degree assault, 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child, 3rd degree kidnapping and resisting arrest were submitted to the Pettis County Prosecutor.
Bond and a court date for Johnson was to be determined at the time of the report.
