Sedalia Woman Injured in I-70 Crash
A Sedalia woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that happened on I-70 in Boone County early this morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2012 Toyota Tacoma, driven by 36-year-old Alexander C. Bradley of Sedalia, was on I-70 at the US 63 connector at 12:51 a.m., when the driver attempted to make a right turn onto southbound 63 and lost control of the vehicle. The Toyota traveled across the northbound lanes and off the east side of the roadway, where it struck a ditch.
His passenger, 34-year-old Jaime L. Campbell of Sedalia suffered minor injuries and was transported by Boone County EMS to Womens and Children's Hospital for treatment. She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The Toyota had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
