Southside Fight Involves Father & Son

Sedalia Police were called to the Doo Southside Pub & Grill, 4860 South Limit, to assist the Pettis County Sheriff's Department on a fight that occurred in the parking lot around 11:30 Wednesday night.

When officers arrived, two men were on the ground fighting. Investigation revealed it was father and son. The two men were separated and restrained.

30-year-old Brendon A. Ebersold of St. Joseph, was determined to be the primary aggressor, and was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

He was charged with 3rd degree domestic assault, 3rd degree assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
