Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 3200 block of West Main Street Sunday morning.

A check of the driver through Dispatch indicated that he had three Failure to Appear warrants, in addition to having a suspended license out of Missouri.

One FTA warrant was from Benton County on original charges of Speeding, with a $200 cash or surety bond.

Two warrants were from Pettis County and they were Failure to Appear warrants with original charges of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle and Speeding, with a $129 cash only bond, and a $231 cash only bond respectively.

Osvaldo Sebastian, 19, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail on his warrants as well as new charges of Driving While Suspended and Speeding.
