Three people were injured in a two-car collision that occurred early Thursday morning in Saline County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2010 Mercury Milan driven by 21-year-old Chelsea L. Weber of Sweet Springs, was at US 65 and Golden Avenue at 12:30 a.m, (northwest of Marshall) when it crossed over the center line and struck a southbound 1999 Dodge Dakota, driven by 40-year-old Jennifer A. Fetty of Blackburn.

Fetty, Weber and Weber's passenger, 27-year-old Rose E. O'Donell of Malta Bend, suffered minor injuries. Fetty was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital by private vehicle, (she was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report) while the other two were treated on scene and released.

Both vehicles had extensive damage and were towed.

Saline County Deputies assisted the Patrol.
